Hello!
I’m Eliza, a UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist, with extensive experience working therapeutically with children, teenagers and adults.
I offer a warm and supportive space for individuals of all ages who are navigating emotional difficulties, relational challenges, or periods of change and uncertainty. This may include anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, behavioural struggles, family breakdown, developmental trauma, self-harm, or the impact of grief, illness, and separation.

How I Can Help
I’ve supported children, young people, and adults from a wide range of backgrounds, each with their own unique challenges. Whilst I am happy to work with all issues, I have a particular interest in the following areas:
Who I Work With
I’m trained to understand the emotional and developmental needs of children and teenagers, with specialist expertise in therapeutic approaches tailored to younger clients such as play, art and other creative mediums.
Alongside my work with children and adolescents, I also offer therapy to adults who are navigating emotional difficulties, life transitions, or relational challenges.
Reflective parenting sessions offer a supportive space for parents or carers to better understand their child’s behaviour by exploring what might be going on underneath it and how you can respond in ways that support both of you.

My Approach
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a range of approaches to suit each individual, including:
-
Psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches
-
Creative methods such as art, play, and sandtray
-
Gestalt therapy
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
-
Somatic approaches and mindfulness
-
CBT and DBT tools
-
Trauma-informed practice
